Description : GlobServ is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant to be based in France.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years consulting experience and strong business analysis skills gained through implementation projects. Knowledge of the professional services sector and telecommunication would be an advantage.

Key requirements include:

A minimum of 3+ years experience in implementing CRM solutions, Microsoft preferred.
Experience in creating requirements specifications and design documents
Experience with the full project lifecycle, from presales to final delivery, to ensure that each solution is properly scoped, designed, implemented and tested to meet our client's business needs.
A background in building relationships with clients and end users.
Client facing consultancy experience, with solid business analysis skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Being comfortable working both within a project team, or independently as required
Being organised and reliable, and able to deliver on time and budget constraints
Experience in understanding how to integrate CRM solutions with other technologies, for example, websites and finance systems, you will not be required to understand the technical aspects of integration
The successful candidate will also demonstrate expertise in mentoring other consultants and in driving thought leadership within a consulting practice.
French language is a plus.
