Description : GlobServ is looking for business development manager based in Dubai.

As a business development manager, the candidate will be responsible for building up a business through gaining new customers and accounts.

Key requirements include:

Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings

Planning and preparing presentations
Establishing and maintaining working relationships
Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
Setting up call centre support teams and claims handlers
Overseeing the development of marketing literature
Administering accounts and writing reports
Providing management with market feedback.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

The candidate should justify at least 5 years in similar job.
