Description : GlobServ is looking for two OSS Solution Architects for its customers in Africa and Middle East.

The successful applicant must demonstrate the following technical skills:

Very good knowledge of eTOM Model.
Very good knowledge of provisioning systems and network inventories
Good knowledge of mediation systems and fault management systems.
COTS like Crame or Netcracker would be a strong advantage.

The non-technical skills required in order to succeed in this role include, but are not limited to:

Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and at the same time adding value as a team member in a project-based environment
Demonstrate technical knowledge and consultative skills
Ability to understand complex technical and selling situations
Ability to solve problems and solicit the required resources
Organizational, time management, attention to detail and follow-up skills

Responsibilities include:

Providing specific solution/technology/product consulting, technical and sales support to clients
Understanding business requirements for customer base and ability to translate them into technical requirements
Create, present and document technical solutions
Monthly reporting to GlobServ OSS Solutions Senior Director based in Paris.
